Mrs. Morn Leakhena, is a national of Cambodia born on 20 January 1991 in Siem Peay village, Preah Damrey commune, Stoung district, Kampong Thom province. She has 3 siblings (one sister) and is the third kid in the family. In 2021 she completed secondary school in Hun Sen Rongroeung school and then worked as commune clerk assistant to support election process. After that she in 2013 she worked as the chief of the clean water and children under the support from NGO named clean water 1001. In 2014, she worked as volunteer under the social accountability working with the World Vision. as the community facilitator for education, commune administration and health). In October 2017 she was elected as deputy board of directors for the Farmer Livelihood Association and attended several capacity building programs provided by the ADB/IFAD financed Tonle Sap Poverty Reduction and Smallholder Development Project, administered by the MAFF and NCDDS. And from November 2020 until now She was elected as Director of Board Director for FLIA.
