The organizational structure of the Livelihood Improvement Association (FLIA) comprises three levels: the full assembly of all Livelihood Improvement Groups (LIGs) representatives from- all 270 communes as the highest leading entity of the FLIA; the board of directors with seven members, each representing one of the seven provinces; and the executive committee that implements FLIA policies, programs and projects.
